ASSESSMENT
The home assessment takes 4 to 6 hours depending on the size of your home. As a certified BPI analyst, Dale will test the following systems for efficiency: blower door, duct blaster, HVAC equipment, combustion safety, water usage, lighting, appliances, electrical usage, and windows and doors.

RECOMMENDATIONS
You will receive a detailed, customized report of your home’s performance. The report includes findings and solutions usually resulting in no-cost fixes, and a utility bill analysis to show the improvement. Most clients will enjoy 20 to 40% utility savings and a healthier and more comfortable home in general.
SOLUTIONS
Most solutions to home efficiency challenges are simple and affordable and usually include the following: sealing leaks/weather stripping, insulation installation, moisture management, dual pane window installation, sealing duct work, lighting upgrades, tankless water heaters, drip irrigation and water filtration.
